berakhir sudah exam semalam... tak taulah apa dah jadi dgn anin..... kata nervous xdelah sangat.... tapi, time nak present tu... kelam-kabut..........

change patient during nk clerking.... -patient refuse to be examine- nasib x clerk lagi...
patient : ada lagi?? tadi adawiyah....do i have choice?? saya nak pergi masjid ni....
anin : errmmm.... encik ada masalah ke?? kejap je... kurang sejam saya tny... tp, kalau nak tukar kejap ya.. saya tanya doktor.. ( Ya allah... kenapa lah pulak ni.... )
patient : saya nak ke masjid ni.....(while patient is holding a phone and walk on the floor) i found ada ketayap atas tray bed tu...

anin mencari doktor Than la.. tapi, tak jmp.. so, i ask to penjaga exam-penjaga masa tu...
anin : patient refuse la... mcne ek?
invigilator : awak pergi naik ata (level 8) awak ckp dekat kak ain...
dalam hati tau jelah... SAYA TENGAH EXAM ni... org lain dah mula dah... saya ni yang terakhir.. tak mula2 lagi...

found Dr Than.. sib baik doctor faham... ok2... i find u another one.... follow me... hahhaha... nervous dah kurang tapi, heart beating laju.. sebab naik turun tangga.... ya Allah dugaan betul la time nak exam ni.... so, level 7A- find a 'new patient' women......a nice malay lady, senyum je.. when i approach her.. dia salam ( siap cium lagi) rasa mcm FULL of love dah ni.. dan tarik tangan suruh duduk kat kerusi...- anin pulak rasa tak senang duduk sbb kelam-kabut... (i should say - nervous kill the confident) tengah dok clerk2.. specialist, doctor dll check patient plk... " makcik dh bincang dgn anak makcik?? pasal nak buat dialysis ni??" - haemodialysis? this patient dah buat peritoneal dialysis....

anin kena present depan Dr Waleem-the best lecturer ever... yang mengajar guna white board... kalo xde white board- a piece of paper pun boleh..mensti dia nak menulis.... anin boleh ckp anin kagumlah dengan dia... macam library bergerak lah... -nak ckp buku bergerak/dictionary bergerak/- tak sesuai.... sbb dia mcm know everything je... kalau dia student mesti dia BEST student kan.... mcm mana nak jadi macam dia ya...
kalo lawrence punya tips : baca buku hari2- mcm baca Quran...
but, for me i prefer explanation using video- i LIKE 3D overview...

rasa mcm worst je presentation anin.. Dr waleem dtg time anin tak abis buat physical examination pun..." how many minute do u need?-15 minute? i give u 10 minutes more...... ~uwaaaaa................(nothing happen)

point anin miss :
1)start p/e : general examination-inspection-clubbing?cyanosis?pallor?
2) abdominal examination- do this patient hav ascites?? -plaster sbb buat peritoneal dialysis ada lah... =P
3)respiratory examination- no abnormal finding-lung clear- tapi, td patient pakai nasal prong-  lepas specialty datang dan bincang they take off...
4)believe in ur self... patient may tell u another way wrong- peritoneal dialysis it is/ not haemodialysis..
patient told she hav leg swelling but reduce- anin please check again on patient- pitting edeme is there.../ not feel dorsal pedalis.. what happen la.... ;(

1. what coz breathlessness?
2. what coz leg swelling-lower limb edema?
3. what classification for hypertension?
4. what complication of Diabetes?
5. what is normal urine output?
6. what happen to potassium/calcium/phosphorus?
7. what is uremia?
8. what is oligouria?
9. what approach do to this patient? management is it?

so... that is some question yg anin dapat ingat lah.. banyak sebenarnya.. 

sejam ke? rasanay Doctor sampai kat tempat anin lagi 15 minute nak kul 12.. 

clerking/P/e : 1 hour.. rasanya 45 minute je... 

presentation : 25 minutes..

mom and dad nak datang hari ni.. so, i should get up and clean the house.. before keluar gi rumah kak nita kat pelangi..... jump over the rainbow....

cute little girl takde gigi... hehhehe...
